FTSE announces the quarterly changes to the FTSE Russia IOB Index. The changes will become effective after the close of business on Friday, 18 September, 2009 (i.e. effective on Monday, 21 September 2009).
The FTSE Russia IOB Index is capped on implementation of the changes detailed below, thus the free float weights are subject to this capping. The capping will be made after close of business 18 September 2009, effective 21 September 2009. The exact weights will be available from FTSE after close of business on Friday, 18 September 2009.
