FTSE Asiatop & Asian Sector Index Series

FTSE Group have created a comprehensive range of tradable indices for the Asia equity markets. The market-driven design allows both domestic and global investors the ability to follow performance either by market capitalisation or by sector. The indices are the ideal basis for both on-exchange and OTC (over-the-counter) derivative products, mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

The universe is the FTSE All-World Index Series, with constituents from the following markets:

Represents the largest 30 companies (uncapped) by full market cap from the eligible markets in Asia.

FTSE Asiatop Capped Index

Represents the largest 30 companies by full market cap from the eligible universe – stocks are capped at 10% of total index

FTSE Asian Sector Index Series

Based on the large and mid cap companies in the FTSE Asia Pacific Index universe, this series consists of 18 pan-Asian indices split by sector
